The Sea Angling Classic

An easy to remember link to this page is: tinyurl.com/sac22p

The Sea Angling Classic Competition will be hosted by the city of Portsmouth in June 2022.

The organisers are hoping to bring the same event in a French version to Caen la Mer in 2023. This would mainly involve the port of Caen (Ouistreham) and of course the city itself for much of the other activities.

This page is mainly for information for Shaping Portsmouth's Portsmouth Ambassadors programme and those Ambassadors who are volunteering to help out with the many activities organised around the competition coming to its host city of Portsmouth.

Some Ambassadors had signed up to help out via Shaping Portsmouth before May 12th. Those Ambassadors' mobile numbers and emails are held already by the Lead Support for the Ambassadors programme Andrew Starr.

If you are an Ambassador and were not on the original list (May 12th) please use this form to identify your availability and willingness to be present at said events. Then please send your mobile number from your preferred email address to Andrew at portsmouth.ambassadors@shapingportsmouth.co.uk

If you are not (yet) an Ambassador then please send your mobile number from your preferred email address to Alison at initiatives@anglingspirit.com

Once known any further dates WILL be added to this page so keep a note of this page and this will provide you with the information you need.

The document below (particularly page 2) will explain the main events that will happen and give an idea of where and when.
