Hier habe ich etwas über mein erstes grosses Übersetzungsprojekt auf Englisch geschrieben. Es war eine Übersetzung eines französischen Romans. Man kann es auf Amazon finden.
The first publication of any of my translations is now live on Amazon. The book, a novelette by Aurélien Gilbert called "Un mensonge de trop" was one I found on Amazon as part of my Masters Degree in Translation Studies, where I had to translate a large text as part of a dissertation project. The text had to have not been previously translated into English. As this book was new to Amazon, I contacted the author directly through LinkedIn and asked permission to translate into English. The author was very happy to have his book translated into English as he would then be able to reach a much wider possible audience for his book.
I also wrote the blurb in English about the book on Amazon.
